James Savelle and Sydney Thomas

Sydney Thomas is a professional ballroom dancer originally from Grady, AL. She has been dancing since she was 15 & turned professional at 18. Starting her career at River Region Ballroom in Montgomery, AL, she competed on both sides of the Pro-Am circuit. She then took her talents to Birmingham at the beginning of 2020 when her and her husband got married. Since moving there, she has been learning from many professionals in the dance industry. Sydney currently teaches at Magnolia Ballroom in Vestavia and competes professionally on the UCWDC circuit. Her favorite part of dance is getting to tell a story and using her gifts to bring glory to the Creator, including this opportunity. 

James Savelle is a realtor with Real Broker, LLC, specifically with Team HBH REALTY. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their lifestyle goals and secure their financial future through real estate. He specializes in residential properties, investment opportunities (both commercial and non-commercial), and luxury estates, providing valuable guidance and support throughout the process. Alongside his real estate career, he co-hosts "The American Dream," a three-time Emmy-nominated national TV show that explores lifestyle, culture, and all things real estate.

Outside of work, he loves cooking, traveling, and embracing new experiences. As a foodie, he is always excited to try new and exotic dishes. One of his favorite places he has visited is Zambia, Africa, where he was warmly welcomed by the locals; they are all so full of love, joy, and excitement - eager to share their world with you and learn about yours. It was an incredible privilege to experience their vibrant culture and diverse cuisine, and he cherished the opportunity to learn about their way of life.
