Mandy Moseley is founder and creator of the THREE15, a unique new method combining cycling, barre and strength training into a high-energy studio fitness experience unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.  She has more than 15 years in the fitness industry and has mastered the art of getting her students lost in the rhythm and perfecting their form.  She can make you prove to yourself that you’re stronger than you think, and you’ll leave her class feeling unstoppable.

Brandon Smith began his dance career at Mississippi State University. While attending college, Brandon was instrumental in building the MSU Ballroom Dance Club to what it is today. By his senior year he was the president and head instructor of the club. Shortly after that he started teaching professionally at The Dance Studio in Tupelo, Mississippi, while also teaching continuing education classes for the University of Mississippi. Five years ago he relocated to Birmingham, Alabama, where he has trained and performed salsa and bachata with local dance companies.
