Robin Mark and Mary-Elizabeth Adams
Mary-Elizabeth Adams is a 2023 graduate of Troy University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. While at Troy, she had the pleasure of training with artists such as James Boyd, Dominique Angel, Katie Breland and Lloyd Culbreath. She currently serves as the ballet teacher at Audience of One in Hayden, AL and the technique coach for the Hartselle Tiger Paws.
Robin Mark is a Partner at the law firm Burr & Forman. She has been practicing law for more than 20 years and specializes in Government Investigations and White Collar Criminal Defense. Prior to joining Burr, she served for ten years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama where she served as the lead prosecutor in hundreds of investigations and prosecutions, including cases involving bank fraud, embezzlement, identity fraud, money laundering, civil rights, healthcare fraud, cyber crimes, environmental crimes, tax fraud, public corruption, and national security cases.
Robin is a native of Birmingham and is an active member of the Birmingham community. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland School of Law where she teaches Basic Skills of Trial Advocacy and Jury Selection, Secretary of the Board of Directors for Birmingham Children's Theater, and is a graduate of Leadership Birmingham’s Class of 2022. She is also very involved in the Birmingham Bar Association, having previously served on the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors for the Women’s Section, the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Lawyers Program, and the Young Lawyers Section.
Robin has a daughter that loves to dance and she is looking forward to taking her Dance Mom skills to a new level. She is excited to join DWTS Magic City.
